Yes.
What is the minimum required engagement period?
There is no required minimum engagement period. But since our costing structure is only profitable in long term deals, we only work with clients who are willing to hire talent for long term. Our talents also prefer long-term engagements, which is one of the reasons they are attracted to TeamEx.
Can I buyout the talent off the platform?
Yes. It costs you 24 months' worth of the talent's subscription fee as a buyout price, regardless of their salary.
Do your talents speak English?
Yes. 100% of our talents are fluent in English.
What kind of talents do you have in your pool?
Currently, we have developers with a wide range of stack, designers, AI/ML engineers, QA engineers, Data engineers, and project/product managers.
Where are your talents from?
We currently have talents only from North and South America, and Europe.
